#1 – Small Blank Books

The team at Six Day Business love a good book. If you’ve read the back story about how we wrote our own book then you’d understand that. We read a lot and so were were always intrigued about the self-publishing process.

Before we published our own book we had a dream (a literal dream) about a series of books. This series of books were completely blank – hence the name. This is a good example of a business that follows our list of what a six day business should be.

It also meant that when we published our own book. We were ready.

Where did the idea come from?

Small Blank Books is an example of a business that is just for fun. This idea came to us in a dream. As cliched as that sounds.

We wanted a satirical publishing company that could make books where the inside was blank, and the cover asked rhetorical questions. Simple right?

Skills used

We had to learn to:

  • Self Publish through Amazon KDP.
    • Create our own manuscripts.
    • Design our book covers.
  • Develop a simple website to promote our books.
